We received the approval for Lot 142 but not Lot 148 Edgewater Ct
As per our conversation on the phone the grass on Lot 148 is existing and we will reseed and straw any of the
disturbed area caused by any machines for access paths
Any area in Zone 1 that is not already grass will be mulched
