You do not need to fill out a new application, but I do need additional information. Please see below: On August 28, 2019, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated August 10, 2019, requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following items are addressed: • Please provide additional information regarding the proposed temporary construction corridor through the 50' Buffer. Include dimensions, locations in Zone 1 / Zone 2, whether any trees / vegetation will be removed (describe), and how the temporary corridor will be stabilized during and after construction Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application.
