After consulting with Tim Stewart of the engineering firm Parker and Associates I have hired Ben
Aragona to install three Bell restraints (one for each joint) I on the the sagging gravity sewer line that
crosses Blue Creek. This will hold it straight until the line has been moved for road construction.
I have told Ben Aragona of the urgency of this repair and he has assured me that the line will be
repaired this week which means no later than 12/6/19.
