Suzanne,
Adrianne from US Chemical Storage called about this letter they received in response to the Owner change/correction
they submitted in late October. We were confused at first because it was not a renewal — their permit was renewed
effective November 2018. The new COC was issued because the owner is different (John Peters is no longer there, but
it's really the organization that should have been the "Permittee"), and so the original renewal issuance letter got
returned. Because of that, no one from the company ever obtained the renewal COC back in 2018.
Adrianne called, though, because the facility name and county listed on the cover letter they recently received is
incorrect. This facility is not the Lenoir Wood Plant in Caldwell County. The COC is correct.
I told her I thought this was just a typo, and it could be ignored. Could you to follow up with her to confirm that?
Also, I created a copy of the renewal COC that was effective in 2018 via the on-line form for the record. Adrianne, I'm
attaching that COC as well for your records, reflecting that permit coverage was active as of November 2018. A copy
is also in our digital repository (you can access all other permit records we have in our Laserfiche Repository for this
permit.)
Thanks,
Bethany

I need guidance regarding this situation.
Bradley entered NCG030665 and NCG030666 last October, prior to my arrival. The Permitee is claiming one of the
facilities is not theirs.
What do I do?

My Plant Manager said he knew of the building and we were never associated with the building that Craftmaster is
in. I'm sorry, I can't help you there.

Ms. Brookshire (Adrianne),
Hi. Some research has indicated that Craftmaster Furniture is now located at
1605 Industrial Drive
Wilkesboro, NC
Do you know if US Chemical Storage sold facility at that location to Craftmaster Furniture?
Thx for any information that you can provide.
