Subject: In Reference to Recommendations of Intent
Mr. May:
Violation 1:
The facility irrigated on 3A , pulls 1,2 and 3, and failed to remove the
recovering crop.
Second cutting of hay will be cut and baled when dry enough.
Violation 2:
Facility failed to provide sludge survey.
A sludge survey was taken in 2018 and has been completed in 2019.
Violation 3:
Facility failed to provide a 2018 calibration for irrigation equipment in
field 1.
A calibration for field 1 was completed on November 21, 2019.
Violation 4:
Maintenance needed on spray fields.
Fields 1 & 2 have been overseeded with oats and aerated. Field 3A has
been cut where there were spots of weeds and seeded with fescue.
