Pursuant to 15A NCAC 18C.1912, the legal action which may be taken could result in additional penalties and interest assessments in addition to the existing penalty. To avoid legal action by the AGO, you must pay the full amount listed above no later than December 23, 2019. Make checks payable to NC DEQ and include the case number on the check submitted.
