Provide a brief description of this project (attach a site plan): The proposed project is the installation of a 24" water main starting from a 24" existing water main near the water treatment plant in Wilson Mills, Johnston County. The 24" water main will run to Little Creek Church Road and split into two 16" water lines. They will connect to two existing 16" water lines. One of the connection is located at the intersection of Little Creek Church Road and Steel Bridge Road. The second connection point is at the intersection of Wellons and Cleveland Road. 2k.
