Craven County North Carolina
Dear Mr. Hughes:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of
Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance
with your request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded,effective immediately.
WQ0022290 Beechgrove Mobile Home Park issued 02/13/03
WQ0029825 Tryon Estates issued 02/13/06
WQ0031039 Ellis Park Sewer issued 11/22/06
WQ0031142 Carolina Club Subdivision issued 06/19/07 .
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
