The Applicant has agreed to move the house toward the front of the property, has repositioned the pool, to be further to the right on the property, and reduced the size of the pool apron. By doing this, the applicant has reduced wetland impacts by 172 SF (0.004 AC). I have revised the PCN and the site plan (see attached) to reflect these changes. Please feel free to call if you have any questions. The length of the driveway can also be shortened. I can't write a permit for this impact, it appears there are options available that would reduce or totally eliminate the wetland impact. I believe that it was submitted in on or around July 12th. I also believe that I emailed you both a copy of the survey that depicts the 75' AEC radius line. Do either of you have record of the submittal of the PCN or any other information regarding this project? I searched all over for the submitted PCN. Since I couldn't find it in my records, I just submitted the PCN electronically, to make sure it was in the system. Is there any way that I could get this permit expedited? It's rather simple and the builder is about to begin construction.
