Hi, Gary.
The Applicant has agreed to move the house toward the front of the property, has repositioned the pool, to be further
to the right on the property, and reduced the size of the pool apron. By doing this, the applicant has reduced wetland
impacts by 172 SF (0.004 AC). I have revised the PCN and the site plan (see attached) to reflect these changes.
Please feel free to call if you have any questions.

Dana,
The proposed wetland impact can be reduced by moving the house back on the lot and reducing the size of the
swimming pool.
The length of the driveway can also be shortened.
I can't write a permit for this impact, it appears there are options available that would reduce or totally eliminate the
wetland impact.
Respectfully,
1
Gary

Good morning, Chad and Gary.
2
I am just checking in on this project. As you will recall, I thought this permit had been submitted many, many months
ago, but I can't find where it was. So, I submitted it via electronic PCN on 10/15. The client has a buyer for this lot and
cannot close until they have the permit. Anything you can do to expedite the permits would be greatly appreciated.

Chad,
The only record I have is where the PCN was saved. That was on 7/11. I don't know how I messed this up, but I have had
email issues between then and now.
That being said, anything you guys can do to help me out, on this one, would surely be appreciated.

Hi Gary and Chad.
5
I know that I submitted a PCN for this project, because I received a phone call from Tyler McGuire asking for me to verify
that the work was not within the DCM's 75' AEC. I believe that it was submitted in on or around July 12th. I also believe
that I emailed you both a copy of the survey that depicts the 75' AEC radius line. Do either of you have record of the
submittal of the PCN or any other information regarding this project? I searched all over for the submitted PCN. Since I
couldn't find it in my records, I just submitted the PCN electronically, to make sure it was in the system. Is there any way
that I could get this permit expedited? It's rather simple and the builder is about to begin construction.

1. Avoidance and Minimization
1 a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed Impacts in designing the project:
The Applicant positioned the house as far forward as possible, while adhering to local zoning setbacks, and has positioned the pool closer to the eastern property line and has reduced the size of the pool apron.
By doing this, the Applicant avoided impacting approximately 2900 SF (0.07 AC) of wetlands.

Silt fence will be installed prior to any significant land dislurbing activities. This should ensure that the sediment does not discharge into the remaining
wetlands, located within or outside the project limits.
