more recent one at the payment step to avoid a duplicate COC from being issued.

A $100 annual fee payment for this project was made under COC number NCC 192201. Please refer to the
attached email receipt. Does this project now have two (2) COC numbers? Please let me know how I can assist
in getting this corrected.
