Instead the close-out letter was uploaded twice. (There was a link to that form at the bottom of the eNOT form where the red text is.) I've attached it here. Please complete and email back the attached signed form, and I can approve the NOT request. (Note that this form will need to be mailed in like the eNOI requires, per EPA requirements.) Also, the close-out letter indicated this project was in Alamance County. The original application indicated Guilford County, which may have been a mistake?
