regarding the Mingo Creek Greenway in Wake County. I understand that NCDOT is administering LAP funding for
the project. You utilized our self -certification process for concurrence with No Effect biological conclusions for all
listed and proposed species in Wake County. As such, we believe you have satisfied Section 7 requirements on
behalf of NCDOT.
