The Riveter
Henderson County
Dear Mr. Bolden:
The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a Stormwater
Management Permit Application for the subject project on July 9, 2019. A review of that
information has determined that the application is not complete. The following information is
needed to continue the stormwater review:
1. In Section IIIA of the application please add the point of contact and contact information
for building permits for Henderson County.
2. Please submit a signed and sealed copy of the Supplement EZ form.
3. The vegetated conveyances on the north side of the building appear on the grading plan
to have side slopes of 2: 1. The low density regulations require that side slopes be no
steeper than 3:1 [15A NCAC 02H .1003(2)(c)]. Please also provide a cross sectional
detail of the vegetated conveyances.
4. Please provide calculations showing that all vegetated conveyances, including the
existing ditches, won't erode during the peak flow from the 10-year storm [I 5A NCAC
02H .1003(2)(c)(ii)]. Please enter the calculated data on the low density supplement form.
5. Please delineate any wetlands or add a note stating that none exist onsite [15A NCAC
02H .1042(g)(iii)].
6. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of other
documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at:
