The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete minor
modification application for changes to the approved plans for the subject project on August 6,
2019. It has been determined the that nature of the proposed change meets the definition of a
minor modification in that it does not result in an increase in the size of a permitted stormwater
control measure (SCM) and does not increase the amount of built -upon area. We are forwarding
you a copy of the modified plans for your files. Please replace the old approved plan sheets with
the new ones.
Please also understand that the approval of this minor modification to the subject State
Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be
approved through this Office prior to construction. The approval of this minor modification does
not preclude the permittee from complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or
ordinances which may have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or
approval prior to construction.
