Dear Mr. Becker,
On October 24, 2019, Gary Hudson, of this office, met with Morgan Turner, Operator in
Responsible Charge (ORC), to perform a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the
Greystone Subdivision wastewater treatment plant. This type of inspection consists of
two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility.
The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this
inspection.
The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. If you have any questions regarding the

*The scum removal system appears to be inadequate. There was a thick layer of scum covering the
clarifier surface. However, the effluent was clear at the time of the inspection.
*With the exception of the scum layer on the clarifier, the WWTP appeared to be well operated and
maintained. No deficiencies or violations were noted during the inspection.
*Screenings are stored in empty tablet containers and disposed of in the dumpster at Aqua regional
office.
*Upstream and downstream samples are collected weekly.
*The ORC keeps good records onsite.
*The permit became effective on June 1, 2017 and expires on February 28, 2022.
