Alan, yes Cathy agreed with the use of the Nationwide 14. Chris, myself and the project engineer had a
meeting with her last year to discuss the use of the NW 14 as the primary east/west connection through the site
is part of the thoroughfare plan of Troutman.
As for the additional impacts to what was previously discussed, I would have to confirm with the engineer but
they are probably using a different design standard per above, and I would guess the stream location
information we have today is more accurate.
