Good morning Mikal,

Sherry over at Midway Medical Center sent me over the NOV dated November 12th in regards to a missing
eDMR for August it looks like.

During the month of August there were some issues with the eDMR as we split from the merger with
Envirolink. We had some difficulty getting results from them to complete the DMR for August but since then it
has been completed and submitted to the state.
