Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to ELort.spam@nc.gov Hey Alan, • The sanitary sewer shown on the plan is existing, they'll only be tieing into it, so there are no proposed bank impacts and no additional buffer impacts. • The verified delineation map from WPEG is attached. Not sure which Figure 4 you have from them... could be old. There is a 200 If section of Stream B and an approximately 130 ft long x 5 ft wide section of linear Wetland H that drains down to the driveway culvert. These features are proposed to be permanently filled. The impacts are based on surveyed delineation flags and not how the features are depicted on the hand -sketch. As mentioned in the PCN, a French drain or similar will be installed in those locations to convey subsurface drainage to maintain contributing streamflow. • There is no opportunity to install an additional BMP at the upstream end of the project since this area is being designated as part of the tree -save area. • They anticipate development in the eastern portion of the property, however, there is not a plan currently. • Not sure what culverts you'd like to see but let me know and I'll revise as necessary. Hopefully that addresses all your questions, but please let me know if you need any additional clarification. Fig 4 (WPEG) provides different information than Fig 4a (Kimley-horn) or it does to me. F4 states 400 ft, Ma states 200 ft and doesn't show culverts for clarity. And the larger site plan doesn't show the "outparcels". I see the overlaids on aerial which I are the inserts. I can tell what you are submitting, but it feels disjointed. S4 would be perennial 1 stream and not is not in the area of impacts. Any plans for the other side of the stream(s). r 604) moot; I believe this home is included in the parcel. IOVN- # 16. FL Below 1) The sewer easement extends across the top of stream bank in two sections and is located in the buffer for the entirety of the site 2) Section C, given the open area (or appears to be) it seems this could be pull back and allow room for sewer. 3) Given that the site is heavy on parking, arrangement of the site should be accomodating to 4) Section A & B, I think I figured it out with the aerial and that is the area of impact. Just need to clarify the 400 vs 200 etc. 5) Given that the entirety of the area is being paved. Having a SW BMP at the top end of the stream would be beneficial to maintaining stream flow and habitat rather than sending all to the down gradient end. (2 bmps vs 1 bmp) z 3.
