Enclosed you will find application materials for the proposed Deer Creek Farm located in Wesley Chapel,
NC. This is a proposed, private riding stable for Deer Creek Farm, LLC. Plans include the construction of a
proposed driveway on New Town Road with stable and attached dwelling unit for a caretaker, multiple
outdoor paddocks, and a riding arena. The project is considered low -density per State requirements and
utilizes vegetated conveyance measures only.
Additionally, the project does trigger the local Wesley Chapel Stormwater Ordinance, so two (2) dry
detention basins are proposed to detail stormwater per the Village's requirements. Please call me at (704)
