conclusions below. I have attached the corrected credit release letter based on your findings. Please update your credit
ledgers accordingly, showing each "excess" below as a "Debit" on each ledger with today's date. I prefer you title each
transaction as, "debited per DWR letter 11-22-2019".

I was updating the ledger and our release schedules and found that we received more credits than we should
for Cedar Grove. Please see table below for the amounts.

It looks like our credit amounts decreased after Task 1 and 7 were released, there were some subtracted in the
Task 2 release, but it wasn't enough.
