Subject: Southdock sheetpile revision

I've reviewed your request received November 5, 2019 and additional information received via e-mail November 12,
2019 and November 13, 2019 to make a minor shift in the sheetpille alignment at the Southdock Ferry Terminal. This
includes extending the sheetpile 10'5" northward between WP#3 and WP#4, and reducing the length 18'5" between
WP#7 and WP#8. This will reduce open water impacts for the project by 260 square feet. This request can be
referenced under DWR project # 20190827 v.2. The information you have submitted is sufficient and a modification of
the original 401 Water Quality Certification dated June 28, 2019 will not be required. If further changes are necessary
please notify this office. Thanks.
