On November 6, 2019, personnel from the Mooresville Regional Office with the Division of
Energy Mineral and Land resources, inspected the subject facility to determine if coverage
could be rescinded as requested.
Your request for rescission of coverage of NCGNE1031 is hereby approved.
If something changes and your facility would again require stormwater or wastewater discharge
permit coverage, you should notify this office immediately. We would be happy to assist you in
assuring the proper permit coverage.
