OK, It isn't clear which culvert details goes with which impact. Also The stream is about 4 ft
wide. The plans show three parallel culverts which would overwiden the channel. I Believe a
basic base flow culvert, then the two additional perched on a bench culverts is more practica
and feasible in maintaining channel integrity.
Also please provide the stormwater layout relative to the project. It appears that SW may
discharge into the road culverts.
So from what I see, the only change is using a culvert rather than a bottomless culvert.
