My question for you is that the PCN shows a larger development than what we reviewed in the field. It looks like the additional road (access) is on high ground but I don't remember us walking stream SD all the way to the top and deciding where it was and that "may" possibly come close to the edge of some lots? Maybe LIDAR will help you determine if you have concerns about that. Let me know your thoughts when you get to it. I'm going to keep reviewing it but may hold off sending any requests for more info until you've had a chance to look at it so I know whether to add that concern or not.
