Permitting form, which we received on March 17, 2011. The Division is unable to concur with your certification of No-
Exposure -
Based on an inspection of your facility on April 20, 2011, Mooresville Regional Office staff found that industrial activities
or materials on your site either are.exposed, or have the potential to be exposed. DWQ cannot grant your requested
exemption from permit coverage when industrial activities or materials are exposed or have the potential to be exposed.
Please submit for coverage under General Permit NCG110000 For your convenience a Notice of Intent (NOI) to obtain
the permit as well as the permit guidance document has been included.
