Gentlemen,
It appears we have a problem as outlined below from Sue. The attached email from Nathan includes a comment #2 that
the City needs a copy of the NC DEQ stream/wetland verification for approval. It sounds like the stream exists per NC
DEQ and the US Army Corps of Engineers and as outlined in the other exhibits. We shouldn't have approved the project
without getting that document but the response to comments mentioned providing it. As such, I don't think we'll be
enforcing a notice of violation on the site but the plan needs to be revised to comply with the City's buffer ordinance.
I'm going to be out of the office most of the afternoon but please call my cell phone at [phone] if you have any
questions. I'll be back in the office late this afternoon or on Monday.

Hi. I went out to this property last week. Grading has started. I have some questions about what Graham has approved
already, they've cleared a buffered stream and I'm wondering if it's on any plans they sent in for review and whether
Graham made a buffer call, relied on Pilot's call, or something else? I'm in today until 1:30 then around Monday
afternoon and Tues-Thurs next week.
