Hey Bill,
Just wanted to give you a heads up that I have assigned you an NCG2O permit that I lost track of on my desk It was a
little strange because he had Just had a name change for an existing permit (NCG21) and now wants to rescind that and
get coverage under NCG2O Anyway, the owner is Carl Johnson and we probably need to go ahead and get this one
processed if we can When we issue this one we should also indicate in the letter that the old NCG21 is rescinded We
also need to check with him on the facility name He still indicates that it is Franklin Kiln and Limber, but the check he
sent was from CJ's Recycling (which makes more sense with the NCG2O) Also, with the Sec of State Franklin Kiln is
listed with someone other than Mr Johnson

I was aware of Carl's switch to metal recycling At the time of my last discussion with Carl, he was going to keep the
timber products permit active so he could have the option of operating the kiln, but I guess he has changed his mind
The kiln is still onsite, but he has no material stored onsite, nor any exposure from timber products I have no issue with
rescinding the timber products permit as long as he is covered under the metal recycling permit

Hey Bill,
Just wanted to give you a heads up that I have assigned you an NCG20 permit that I lost track of on my desk It was a
little strange because he had just had a name change for an existing permit (NCG21) and now wants to rescind that and
get coverage under NCG20 Anyway, the owner is Carl Johnson and we probably need to go ahead and get this one
processed if we can When we issue this one we should also indicate in the letter that the old NCG21 is rescinded We
also need to check with him on the facility name He still indicates that it is Franklin Kiln and Limber, but the check he
sent was from CJ's Recycling (which makes more sense with the NCG20) Also, with the Sec of State Franklin Kiln is
listed with someone other than Mr Johnson

the facility's operating status Failure to pay the fee by the due date will subject the permit to revocation Operating
without a valid permit is a violation and is subject to a $10,000 per day fine If the permit Is revoked and you later
decide a permit is needed, you must reapply, with the understanding the permit request may be denied due to changes
