9. Remove hose that leads to stream.
10. Install sign or establish an SDP that nothing but scrap metal is placed into the Scrap Metal
dumpster.
11. Conduct Sampling to ensure that you remain in compliance with your permit.
The City of Winston-Salem Stormwater Division is requiring that Items # 1-10 be completed on or before
March 30, 2011 and Item # 11 after the next rain event. Ready Mix Concrete Company shall keep the
Stormwater Division updated on milestones and activities completed in its progression to comply with
these required actions. The Stormwater Division may conduct follow-up inspections in orderto ensure
completion of mandated activities.
