coverage under NCG08 (Transportation permit). The site discharges stormwater into a UT to
west fork Deep River (WS-IV). The NOI i:'s attached.
Does the Winston-Salem Regional Office have any concerns about issuing this facility a COC
for this general permit? If we don't -receive any objections, we'll issue the COC in 30 days_.
