Thanks so much for alerting us to the discrepancy. I have updated our BIMS Permitting Database information for this
facility. Unfortunately the data on website for the renewal COC is a snapshot of the information we had at the time of
renewal, so it won't change the COC you can obtain from the website.
Below is a screen shot for your records. Tomorrow I will send you a report confirmation that should reflect the
change, and you can maintain that with your COC and this correspondence. If you still need a new COC, Suzanne will
have to prepare one separately, and this might take some time to get to. Please let us know if this record of the
correction is sufficient in lieu of a revised COC for now. Future renewals should show the correct address.

Good morning, I hope you are well. I noticed the address on our Certificate of Coverage is incorrect for Rocky River
Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant. The address listed as 232 Davidson Hwy. is our administration office. The
address for the plant is 6400 Breezy Ln. Concord NC 28025. 1 would like to know what I need to do in order to get the
correct address on the COC. Do I need to submit another form or are there other steps that I need to take? Thank you
for your assistance.
