As stated in the Notice of Intent (NOI), a copy of the valid approved mining permit for the facility must be attached to the NOI in order for the stormwater permit application to be considered complete. To date, we have not received a copy of the mining permit for this facility. Therefore, the Division of Water Quality is returning the application as incomplete.
