CMC Burlington submitted the semi-annual DMR reports to the NC Division of Water Quality office in Raleigh, NC on January 121h and November I I" of 2011. In addition, CMC Burlington is notifying your Department, per the Tier III notification requirements, that during CY 2011, CMC instituted Tier lI monthly sampling from our three outfalls.
