required by the Division of Water Quality or permits required by the Division of Land Resources,

No. NCG 180000 as attached.
This certificate of coverage shall become effective June 1, 2012.

we've received an N01'from Geiger International, Inc. for their site in Burke County
requesting coverage of under an NCG18. The site discharges stormwater to the an unnamed
tributary to Drowning Creek (WS-IV). The NOI is attached.
Please let me know if the Washington Regional Office has any concerns about issuing this
facility a CDC for this general permit, and are there any potential impacts to wetlands? If
we don't receive any objections, we'll issue the COC in 36 days.
