regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and the
Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,

to receiving waters designated as UT to Dan River, a Class WS-V, Roanoke River Basin; in accordance with the
effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, II1, IV, V and VI of
General Permit No. NCG 170000, as attached,
This Certificate of Coverage shall become effective January 4, 2008.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
