Plan will be updated shortly after the diesel AST is removed as plant has been converted to natural gas. Plan should have a dated plan review & update sheet at the front to show who performed the last review and when plan was last updated. The facility appeared to be clean, well maintained and properly operated. The stormwater out€alls from the site appeared to be in good condition with no evidence of sediment from the site or presence of any pollutants of concern. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan appeared to be thorough, with the exception of employee training documentation. While employee training occurs, it was not found in the SPPP.
