Part 11, Section B - Qualitative Monitoring Part II, Section C — Deicing Operations Records & Reports The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan SPPP is satisfactory. The airport does not conduct deicing operations. Therefore no evaluation is required for use of deicing chemicals. Facility Site Review There are seventeen (17) stormwater outfalls.
