The small tote containment structure has an open pipe at the bottom of the basin that will allow the contents to leave the containment basin. This pipe should have a valve on it to prevent the contents from leaving the containment structure without being inspected for sheen and other possible contaminants before discharging. This valve should have a lock in which only the person responsible for inspecting the contents prior to discharge has access.. Before each release, a visual inspection (with corresponding documentation) must be conducted. 2.) In section 2.6 of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, the list of significant spills in the past 3 years was left blank. If there were no spills for each year, please document that there were no spills so that the lack of documentation is not mistaken for being forgotten. The small tote containment structure has an open pipe at the bottom of the basin that will allow the contents to leave the contalnment basin This pipe should have a valve on it to prevent the contents from leaving the containment structure without being inspected for sheen and other possible contaminants before discharging. This valve should have a lock in which only the person responsible for inspecting the contents prior to'discharge has access. Before each release, a visual inspection (with corresponding documentation) must be conducted. 2.) in section; 2.6 of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, the list of significant spills in the past 3 years was left blank. If there were no spills for each year, please document that there were no spills so that the lack of documentation is not mistaken for being forgotten.
