The City of Winston-Salem Stormwater Division is requiring that Items # 1-11 be completed on or before
April 4, 2011 and Item # 12 after the next sampling rain event. Abbey Green Inc. shall keep the
Stormwater Division updated on milestones and activities completed in its progression to comply with
these required actions. The Stormwater Division may conduct follow-up inspections in order to ensure
completion of mandated activities.
