1ENNIFER-1 reviewed the NOI and found they indicated the SWPPP will be developed following receipt of the permit They also indicated that they would begin
operation in March 2010 They need to put the SWPPP on the fast track to have it developed and implemented according to Part III A 1 'prior to the beginning
of discharges" I suggest that the COC be issued with a reminder that the SWPPP must be implemented prior to any stormwater discharges Call if any questions
