And Additional Required Information
*) The required Site Diagram is provided as Attachment 2 to this submittal.
A) Outline of drainage areas: The drainage areas associated with the sediment basins are
shown as blue dashed lines and labeled with the respective basin designation.
B) Stormwater management structures: There are four stormwater basins on the eastern side
of the site (east of Gabriels Creek) and four stormwater basins on the western side of the site
(west of Gabriels Creek). On the Site Diagram they are differentiated as, for example, SB1E
(Sediment Basin 1 East) and SB1 W (Sediment Basin 1 West). Each side has four permanent
basins (1 through 4) using this designation.
C) Location of stormwater outfalls corresponding to the drainage areas: The stormwater basin
outfalls are shown on the Site Diagram adjacent to the respective basins as dark blue polygons,
generally separated from the basin by o short length of outfall pip%ulvert.
D) Runoff conveyance features: Stormwater diversion ditches and culverts ore shown on the
Site Diagram.
E) Areas where materials are stored: The site is currently excavating and constructing Cells 1A,
1B, and 2 for waste disposal. These cells will serve the facility for the initial years of operation,
with expansions in the "Phase 1 Area" as needed. In addition to the waste disposal cells,
materials potentially impacting stormwater runoff will be located in the areas labeled as Landfill
Gas Management Area, Maintenance and Office Buildings, and Leachate Management Area.
Additionally, a large soil stockpile area is located on the western side of the site, just north of
Sediment Basin S83W.
F) Impervious areas: The impervious areas are identified in the Site Diagram legend and consist
of structures (buildings), roadway pavement, and concrete surfaces.

Notes Pertaining to the Site Diagram
And Additional Required Information
*) The required Site Diagram is provided as Attachment 2 to this submittal.
A) Outline of drainage areas: The drainage areas associated with the sediment basins are
shown as blue dashed lines and labeled with the respective basin designation.
B) Stormwater management structures: There are four stormwater basins on the eastern side
of the site (east of Gabriels Creek) and four stormwater basins on the western side of the site
(west of Gabriels Creek). On the Site Diagram they are differentiated as, for example, S81 E
(Sediment Basin 1 East) and SB1W (Sediment Basin 1 West). Each side has four permanent
basins (1 through 4) using this designation.
C) Location of stormwater outfalls corresponding to the drainage areas: The stormwater basin
outfalls are shown on the Site Diagram adjacent to the respective basins as dark blue polygons,
generally separated from the basin by a short length of outfall pipe%ulvert.
D) Runoff conveyance features: Stormwater diversion ditches and culverts are shown on the
Site Diagram.
E) Areas where materials are stored: The site is currently excavating and constructing Cells 1A,
18, and 2 for waste disposal. These cells will serve the focility for the initial years of operation,
with expansions in the "Phase 1 Area" as needed. In addition to the waste disposal cells,
materials potentially impacting stormwater runoff will be located in the areas labeled as Landfill
Gas Management Area, Maintenance and Office Buildings, and Leachate Management Area.
Additionally, a large soil stockpile area is located on the western side of the site, just north of
Sediment Basin SB3 W.
F) Impervious areas: The impervious areas are identified in the Site Diagram legend and consist
of structures (buildings), roadway pavement, and concrete surfaces.
