The site is located in Newland, North Carolina. The facility is permitted to discharge stormwater related to tandfilting activities under the NPDES program by the General Permit No. 120000 (permit), issued by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Energy, Minerals and Land Resources (DEMLR). As you are aware, the facility is required to monitor discharge at the following Stormwater Discharge Outfalt (SDO1 locations: Outfall A; 2. Outfall B; and 3. Outfalt C. For this submittal we are providing you with one copy of the DMR report. A full report wilt be kept onsite which inctudes the Stormwater Discharge Outfatl (SDO) Report, Quatitative Monitoring form, and the laboratory report. As required by the permit, analytical and qualitative monitoring of the discharge will continue. The first semi-annual discharge sampling event for 2015 will be performed between January 151 and June 301h, 2015.
