Dear Ronnie:
As you know, we submitted a NWP 29 application in September on behalf of Willowtree
Brunswick, LLC for the construction of a medical park located near Calabash, NC. Since that
time, it has been determined that the ditch that they proposed to impact is not jurisdictional.
Therefore, we formally request that you withdraw the permit application. Thank you for your
assistance with this project.
