Please note that no samples were collected at the facility during the 2015 second semi-annual monitoring period. A sample was collected during the first qualifying storm event discharge in 2016 in lieu of the sample for the 21d semi-annual monitoring period of 2015. As such, this submittal is intended to satisfy the monitoring requirements for the second semiannual monitoring period for 2015.
