Due to an error on our part, Environmental Inks — Siegwerk EIC, LLC was issued a
Certificate of Coverage (COC) for its UV ink facility which contained several errors, including
an incorrect facility address. Please find enclosed the corrected COC. The terms and conditions
contained in the General Permit remain unchanged and in full effect. This revised COC is
issued under the requirements of North Carolina General Statutes 143-215.1 and the
Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency.
Note that at the request of Environmental Inks, a separate COC has been issued for its
water -based ink facility and is being sent under separate cover (COC Number NCG090032).
