Hi Starr,
We've received NOIs from Republic Services of NC, LLC for two of their
sites (GDS-Hendersonville and GDS-Forest City) for coverage under NCG08 -
Transit & Transportation These sites are involved in garbage
collection/hauling and recycling transfer, and have vehicle maintenance
(which triggers this permit requirement)
GDS-Hendersonville discharges stormwater to a UT to Mud Creek (Class C)
(and one outfall goes through Hendersonville's storm sewer) GDS-Forest
City discharges stormwater to Bracketts Creek (Class C) The NOls are
attached
Does the Asheville Regional Office have any concerns about issuing these
facilities a COC for this general permit" If we don't receive any
objections, we'll issue the COCs in 30 days
