Hi Ed,
We received an NOI from Yellow Transportation (in Wilmington) for coverage under
NCGO80767 (Transit and Transportation GP). They discharge stormwater to a UT to the
Cape Fear, class SC waters.
The NOI is attached. Does the Wilmington Regional Office have any concerns
with issuing a COC to this facility? If we don't receive any objections in 30 days, we
plan to issue the COC.
