A review of our records indicated that the 2014 semi-annual SDO required by our permit was not submitted to the NCDENR DWQ for the monitoring period of January 1, 2014 — June 30, 2014 within the 30 day time -frame. Although the sampling and analysis was performed within the designated time -frame, this was due to an administrative oversight. All responsible personnel have been informed of the importance of complying with the conditions of the permit. In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established control limits, with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within the constraints of the method. In the event of interference or anatytes present at high concentrations, samples may be diluted. For diluted samples, the reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required. RECEIPT The samples were received on 5/212014 9:50 AM; the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and, where required, on ice. The temperatures of the 2 coolers at receipt time were 0.40 C and 3.20 C. OIL AND GREASE AND TPH Samples MW #1 (680-100959-1) and MW #2 (680-100959-2) were analyzed for Oil and Grease and TPH in accordance with EPA Method 1664A. The samples were prepared and analyzed on 0510712014. No difficulties were encountered during the O & G / TPH analysis All quality control parameters were within the acceptance limits.
