inspection, it was noted the issues mentioned on the previous inspection report have been addressed. However, the
permitee is directed to evaluate the feasibility and storage volume in the washout area, The area shows signs of overtopping.
Good housekeeping and preventative maintenance should be reviewed for this area as well.

Inspection Summary:
On July 31, 2018 this facility was inspected for compliance. The appropriate personel were not available on site to provide
the SWPPP. The facilitt inspection revealed the following items:
1) the secondary containment was damaged/cracked/removed inseveral places. These areas should be repaired prior to
reinspection.
2) The condition of Outfall 2 was poor. The area was mostly black and smelled like oil. The qualitative monitoring reports
should reflect this condition. Better housekeeping practices should be evaluated, documented, and presented during the
next inspection. Also, this area may require more effective BMPs to better treat the stormwater leaving site.
3) The large container marked "Non Potable Wash Water" outside of the secondary containment area should be moved
inside of the secondary containment area.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after August 28, 2018. If you have any questions in the mean time, please contact this
