Samples was collected and analyzed by an approved Environmental Laboratory (see attached.) Results from testing indicate exceedances at outfall 001 for TSS and COD. In accordance with General Permit NCG060000, Alcami will enter into a Tier One procedural response as outlined on page 5 of the permit. Although sample results were returned to Alcami on September 8, this report was delayed due to inclement weather from Hurricane Florence, which caused a power outage at the facility, and inability of personnel to access data and forms for submission. Outfall 4001 (storm pond) was checked on 05/15/14 during a measurable storm event. Mr. Jay Baker with EnviroChem pulled the samples and an onsite observation was also taken. The sample had a slight grey color and was odorless without any noticeable floating or suspended solids. None of the testing parameters were out of range.
