(visual) monitoring It seems that I was misinformed, as this is the case for stormwater permits for only some types of industries and not others Unfortunately, this is not the case for Atrium/ your permit I will still grant the ROS to Atrium, but this will not have any impact on what you are currently doing Since you are not performing vehicle maintenance on site, you aren't required to do any analytical monitoring anyway, and you will have to continue to do the visual monitoring at both outfalls The ROS approval letter I send out should be kept in your files should vehicle maintenance ever
